Peace with God

Why do the rich want to be richer, the beautiful want to be more beautiful and the famous are afraid of being forgotten? If these things bring people real happiness, why do so many of the rich, beautiful and famous people commit suicide? Some people will say that they lack God. . . . Really? If that's the case, why are Christians also committing suicide?
